Description

The Esse ON (Cooking only), is Simple and ruggedly reliable, requiring no electricity to operate. These oil vapourising cookers will continue to work even in the event of a power cut. The traditional vaporising ‘pot’ burner is ideally suited to continuous use, ensuring a warm and cosy kitchen in the cold winter months. Additional benefits include better graduation of hotplate temperatures and reduced surface temperature of the cooker top.

Condition

This item has been used for display in our showroom it has not been connected to oil or electricity and have never been used to cook on. There are some minor scratches and chips but there is nothing that stands out to require a special mention.

Esse 990 Series

Esse have just unveiled their new 990 Series of range cookers.

Esse will be releasing four range cookers in the series. They will be releasing two cooking only range cookers, one that will operate on wood only and one that will operate on solid fuel.

There will also be two range cookers that will have the ability to heat some domestic hot water, one that will operate on wood only and one that will operate on solid fuel.

The 990 Series is a little larger than other Esse range cookers and will make an ideal replacement for your old Aga cooker.

The 990 Series draws its looks from the classic Esse styling of the 1930’s.

There is an additional bonus feature of a secondary glass firebox door which allows the fire to be admired and allows extra room heat.

Efficiency figures for the wood burning models are for the cooking only 74.8% and 77% for cooking and domestic hot water model.

The firebox will take a large log size of around 450mm long x 150 wide.

Efficiency ratings for the solid fuel models will follow shortly.

The dimensions will be 990mm wide x 900mm tall x 600mm deep (660mm including the doors and towel rail).

The firebox door is situated in the top left with the third oven below it.

We currently have a reconditioned AGA oil in royal blue.

This has been used as a non working display and has never been fired.

It has some small chips shown in the pictures.

The oil conversion has not been fitted and will need to be fitted by your compitent oil engineers

The asking price for this AGA is £2000.00

We currently have a flood damaged Rayburn 880 in Claret for sale.

It was stood in 8″ of water for a short period of time.

This has been used and does have signs of it including minor scratches on the lids and enamelling.

It has been checked and fired since and is in full working condition.
