My wife and I are genuinely over the moon with it. It’s completely transformed the room and we couldn’t be happier! From day one, visiting the showroom & Jeff made such a difference. We felt looked after, listened to, and completely in safe hands from the very start. That feeling carried right the way through the whole process. There were cheaper options out there, but for us the finish, care, and overall standard of workmanship truly set them apart. The fitters were amazing - so kind, respectful, and incredibly professional. Having a bunch like that working in your home makes all the difference, and they made the whole experience stress-free. Following two unsuccessful internet-based attempts to buy the right part to connect my stove pipe to the chimney liner, I paid a visit to B&M Johnson. I took my stove pipe and a photo of the chimney liner. The member of staff I spoke to was very helpful and I came away with a part I knew would fit. Hi all this B&M Johnson Ltd shop has very high end quality products for fire places. Purchasing a wood burning stove was quick and easy of course it was very heavy. However it was a great decision I made Purchasing from here looks beautiful in my home. We contracted Johnsons to remove our old kitchen, and completely re-fit a new one.  We are so pleased - can't say it went perfectly, as there was an unforeseen problem with the work-surface we chose, but this was quickly resolved to our satisfaction.  The work was carried out to a high standard.  The workmen arrived on time on the first day, and everything was cleaned up each evening before they left; they were all friendly and professional, and did their best to cause minimal disruption to ourselves.   The preparation put in by Johnsons was excellent - no matter what the query, they did their best to resolve it to our satisfaction.  Thanks to the whole team for their professionalism in preparing, scheduling and carrying out the work, and also resolving the one problem quickly.  Highly recommended.

Faultless from the initial sales encounter to installation, the showroom is well equipped with a range of log burners to suit tastes and budgets with personable sales staff who know their stuff. We're very happy with the two log burners we purchased, especially during the cold spell. We now have peace of mind that our house insurance is valid (the previous stove was unlined and came with the house; it always felt like we were dicing with jeopardy every time we lit it). Likewise, stove number two, which wasn't a direct replacement, has transformed a sterile, damp, uninviting room into one in which we tend to hang out. I doubt you could get the same ambience with a ceramic heater. The hotplate is also well used with many a cosy one pot placed on it.
